This course is aimed at Swimming Instructors wanting to teach Fin2Fit Mermaid Swimming/Shark Mono-Fin Swimming. You will learn how to teach basic mono-fin swimming movements and understand the core fundamentals.
Plan and deliver a safe lesson in line with health & safety and be able to progress a child’s learning using the Mermaids/Sharks essential learning objectives.
The CPD is for Swim England Level 2 swimming teachers or coaches over the age of 16 years.
This CPD provides 2 CIMSPA endorsed CPD points.
4.5 hours theory and 1.5 hours pool practical.

Contemporary issues is an online module aimed at technical officials from across swimming, water polo, synchronised swimming, diving and open water who would like to become a British Swimming licensed official, or who would like to renew their license. Contemporary issues is a condition of licensing.
The CPD is for qualified technical officials in one or more disciplines.
