This workshop will help swimming teachers and coaches to communicate more fluently and effectively with learners. It will give you skills and tools to help you improve your communication and message and make a positive impact on learning in sessions.
The CPD is for Swim England Level 1 or 2 swimming teachers or coaches.

The workshop looks at the planning requirements for an observation & mentoring programme and the skills and considerations needed when conducting an observation or when giving feedback to an individual.
The CPD is for swim school coordinators, swimming lesson programme leads or the equivelant.

Learn to protect and project your voice to ensure your message gets across while avoiding permanent damage. Learn techniques for powering the voice on the breath, improving clarity and range.
The CPD is for Swim England Level 1 or 2 swimming teachers or coaches.

This course is aimed at Swimming Instructors wanting to teach Fin2Fit Mermaid Swimming/Shark Mono-Fin Swimming. You will learn how to teach basic mono-fin swimming movements and understand the core fundamentals.
Plan and deliver a safe lesson in line with health & safety and be able to progress a child’s learning using the Mermaids/Sharks essential learning objectives.
The CPD is for Swim England 2 swimming teachers or coaches.
4.5 hours dry time, 1.5 hours wet time.

Contemporary issues is an online module aimed at technical officials from across swimming, water polo, synchronised swimming, diving and open water who would like to become a British Swimming licensed official, or who would like to renew their license. Contemporary issues is a condition of licensing.
The CPD is for qualified technical officials in one or more discipline.
2/3 hours dry time.
